The vinegar is the name on the jar, not a claim
Two gummies carry 1000 mg of apple cider vinegar powder, and the figure is printed on the label. What the label does not do is promise anything for it, because the EU Register of nutrition and health claims contains no authorised claim for apple cider vinegar. Plenty of jars in this category imply one anyway, with words about metabolism or appetite. We put the vinegar in the name because it is what you are buying, and we keep the claims to the three nutrients that have earned them.

European law lets a nutrient carry a health claim only when the daily dose supplies at least 15% of its nutrient reference value. Two gummies give vitamin C 20 mg, which is 25%, vitamin B6 1.4 mg, which is 100%, and chromium 6 µg, which is 15%. All three are above the line, so the authorised wordings apply: vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the regulation of hormonal activity, and chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels. The percentages are on the jar next to the milligram figures, because a percentage on its own tells you nothing.

No added sugar, and the green is chlorophyll
The gummy is sweetened with maltitol, erythritol and steviol glycosides rather than sugar, which is why the label can say no added sugar and why it also has to say that excessive consumption may produce laxative effects. That sentence is the legal wording for polyols, and two gummies a day sit well inside normal use. It is set with pectin from fruit rather than gelatine, the green comes from sodium copper chlorophyllin, and the apple taste is a natural flavouring. What do the three nutrients do?

Is it really vegan?
Yes. The gummy is set with pectin instead of gelatine and the glazing is carnauba wax. The full list is in the Ingredients tab and on the label; nothing on it comes from an animal.
It also contains none of the allergens that must be declared under Annex II of Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011, and it is non-GMO.
How long does one jar last?
Sixty gummies at two a day is thirty days — one month.
