Chaste tree (Vitex agnus-castus) is a Mediterranean shrub whose peppercorn-sized berries have been used in European herbal practice for a very long time. The dry extract makes up 2.7% of each capsule; maize starch carries the rest. The shell is hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, so it is vegan.

How to use

1. Two capsules a day, with water.
2. Any time of day, with or without food.
