• We ship to 29 countries: 26 EU member states — every one except Cyprus — plus the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway.

1. Where we ship

We deliver to a street address in the following countries, and only these.

European Union

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Outside the European Union

United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway.

Addresses we cannot deliver to

1. PO boxes and poste restante addresses.
2. Overseas territories, remote islands and outermost regions of the countries above, where our carrier does not serve them. If your address falls into this category, checkout will tell you before you pay.
3. If you need delivery to a country not listed, email office@therapiummed.com and we will tell you honestly whether we can do it.

2. What delivery costs

1. There are two rates: €4.90 for delivery within Romania and €6.90 for delivery to every other country we ship to. There is no further surcharge for distance.
2. Prices on the site are in euro and include tax. The delivery charge is added at checkout and shown to you in full before you pay.
3. The €55 threshold is measured on the value of the goods in your order after any discount, and does not include the delivery charge itself.
4. If you use a discount code that brings your order below €55, the delivery charge for your destination applies.

3. How long delivery takes

1. We dispatch orders within [TO BE COMPLETED — handling time, e.g. 1–2] working days of receiving them. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday are dispatched on the next working day.
2. Delivery then takes 3 to 7 days.
3. These are estimates based on normal carrier performance, not guaranteed dates. Peak periods, weather, strikes and customs checks can add time.
4. If a delay becomes significant we will email you with a new estimate. You are not obliged to wait: your rights if we deliver late are in clause 8.

4. Who delivers and how you track it

3. When your order leaves us we email you a dispatch confirmation with a tracking number and a link.
4. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after you receive the email. That is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.
5. Our carrier may deliver to a neighbour, a parcel locker or a collection point if nobody is in. The card or notification they leave will tell you where the parcel is.

5. Customs, duties and import taxes

1. Deliveries within the European Union are made with all EU taxes accounted for. There is nothing extra to pay on arrival.
2. Deliveries to Switzerland and Norway cross a customs border. The destination country may charge import VAT, customs duty or a carrier handling fee. These are not included in our prices and are payable by you, as the importer, to the carrier or the customs authority.
3. Whether a delivery to the United Kingdom crosses a customs border depends on where the parcel is dispatched from. Once clause 4 is completed with the country of dispatch, the position is this: if the parcel is dispatched from within the UK there is nothing extra to pay; if it is dispatched from the EU, UK import charges may apply in the same way as described above for Switzerland and Norway.
4. We cannot tell you the exact amount in advance — it is set by the destination country, not by us. Your national customs authority publishes the rates.
5. We will not under-declare the value of a parcel or mark it as a gift. Asking us to is asking us to break the law, and we will decline.
6. If you refuse a parcel because you do not want to pay the import charges, it will be returned to us. We will refund the price of the goods, less any cost the return actually causes us. We will show you those costs.

6. Splitting an order

1. If part of your order is available now and part is not, we may ship it in more than one parcel. You are never charged twice for delivery.
2. If we split an order, the 14-day withdrawal period runs from the day you receive the last item. See Returns and refunds.

7. Getting the address right

1. You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address you give us. Please check it at checkout, including the house number, postcode and any apartment or building detail.
2. If you spot a mistake, email office@therapiummed.com immediately with your order number. We can usually change the address before dispatch. Once a parcel has left us we cannot.
3. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because it was not collected from a pickup point in time, we will contact you. We can send it again and may charge the actual cost of the second delivery, or refund you the price of the goods less our costs.

8. If your order is late or does not arrive

1. First, check the tracking link, then check whether the carrier left the parcel with a neighbour or at a collection point.
2. If tracking has not moved for 5 working days, email office@therapiummed.com with your order number and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.
3. The goods are at our risk until you, or someone you named other than the carrier, physically receive them. A parcel lost in transit is our problem, not yours — we will replace it or refund you.
4. If we have not delivered within 30 days of your order, you can give us an additional reasonable period to deliver. If we still fail, you can cancel and we will refund you in full without undue delay.
5. Where delivery by a particular date was essential and you told us so before ordering, you can cancel immediately if we miss it.

9. Damaged parcels and wrong items

1. Check your parcel when it arrives. If the box is crushed, wet or opened, photograph it before unpacking.
2. Email office@therapiummed.com with your order number and the photographs.
3. We will replace the item or refund you, free of charge, and we pay any return postage.
4. Telling us within a few days helps us claim against the carrier, but it is not a condition of your rights. Your full statutory remedies are in clause 9 of our Terms and conditions.

10. When your order arrives

1. Store the product as stated on its label, away from direct sunlight and heat, and out of the reach of children.
2. Check the best-before date. If a product arrives past its date, or so close to it that you cannot reasonably use it, treat it as a fault under clause 9 and tell us.

11. Sending something back

1. You have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days, and on top of that our voluntary 60-day guarantee, which covers opened bottles.
