Vinegar is acidic enough to be worth keeping away from tooth enamel, which is the usual argument against drinking it by the spoon. In a capsule it bypasses the problem entirely. The juice concentrate makes up 74% of each 600 mg capsule; the shell is hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, so it is vegan.

How to use

1. Two capsules a day, with water.
2. Any time of day, with or without food.
