Most culture products list a total count and leave the strains vague. The four here are named: Bifidobacterium lactis, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus plantarum and Lactobacillus salivarius. Vitamin C and L-glutamine are in the shot alongside. No artificial flavourings or colours, and a measuring cup comes with the bottle.

How to use

1. 15 ml a day, measured with the cup supplied.
2. Shake before pouring. Refrigerate after opening.
