What the research says
A randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled study included 34 healthy adults who took 5 g of Chlorella a day for 4 weeks while eating three eggs daily as a dietary cholesterol challenge. Total and LDL cholesterol rose less in the Chlorella group than in the placebo group. The study was small and used a higher dose than this product, which provides 3 g a day.
