Milk thistle seed, artichoke leaf and dandelion root are the classic bitter trio of European herbalism. What varies between products is how much of each is actually in there — here it is 32.05%, 25.64% and 6.41% by weight, all as dry extracts, with acacia fibre making up the rest. The capsule shell is hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, so it is vegan.

How to use

1. One capsule a day, with water.
2. Any time of day, with or without food.
