What the research says

The International Society of Sports Nutrition position stand (Kreider et al., 2017) summarises research in healthy people, from athletes to older adults, using intakes of 3–5 g of creatine a day and, short term, higher doses. The authors report that supplementation increases muscle creatine content and has been associated with better high-intensity exercise performance and training adaptations, and that short- and long-term use was well tolerated in healthy people. This product provides 3.5 g of creatine per daily dose.

These studies used the ingredient, not this product; they are shown for information and are not a health claim for this product.
