Warnings

Not for use during pregnancy, when trying to conceive, or while breastfeeding. This shot contains vitamin A as retinol at 800 µg per serving; high intakes of preformed vitamin A can harm an unborn child. It also contains plant compounds with hormone-like activity — soy isoflavones, red clover, dong quai and maca — and ashwagandha.

Not recommended for children or adolescents. If you have or have had an oestrogen-dependent condition, take hormone therapy or hormonal contraception, anticoagulants, or thyroid medication, speak to your doctor before use. Do not take other supplements containing vitamin A at the same time. Do not use if you have a liver condition.

Food supplement. Not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of small children.
