Therapium VELOURIS™ Correcting Concealer — 20 Medium Warm

A medium shade with a golden cast — the warm middle of the range, and the widest-fitting shade for olive skin.

Organic aloe leaf juice is the first ingredient, ahead of any oil, with organic shea butter, rice bran oil and plant waxes giving it body. Sodium PCA, sodium hyaluronate and hydrolysed hyaluronic acid keep the finish from going dry and powdery. Colour comes from mineral pigments — titanium dioxide and iron oxides — at a high enough load that a thin layer covers, so you do not have to pile it on.

Is this your shade?

Warm at medium depth. Gold jewellery suits you better than silver, and pink-cast concealers leave a grey shadow rather than disappearing. Olive skin — which is neither warm nor cool in the usual sense — sits better here than in 15, because the green-grey cast of olive skin fights a pink concealer.

• Under the eye — this is the shade if your foundation is 25 Medium Warm or 30 Tan Neutral.
• On blemishes and redness — match your foundation depth instead, so 20 covers on medium skin.
• If you are between — 10 Light Warm is the lighter warm shade; 25 Medium Neutral is the same depth without the gold.

How to use

1. Apply in small dots where you want coverage.
2. Tap out with a fingertip or a small brush, working outwards.
3. Build a second thin layer if you need more, rather than one thick one.
4. Blends over foundation, or use it on bare skin on its own.
