Fish oil goes rancid. TOTOX is the number that says how far along that has gone, and almost nobody publishes it. The current batch measures TOTOX 9.49 according to the raw material certificate of analysis — batch Y1346BOD, best before 09/2028. The oil is in triglyceride form, the form it takes in the fish itself, at an 18/12 EPA-to-DHA ratio.

How to use

1. Two capsules a day, with water.
2. With a meal, if that sits better.
