Most turmeric capsules are either powdered root — cheap, but only a few percent curcuminoids — or pure extract, which leaves the rest of the root behind. This one uses both: 37.6% standardised extract and 35.7% whole root powder, with black pepper extract at 1.25%. One capsule a day.

How to use

1. One capsule a day, with water.
2. With a meal, as curcuminoids are fat-soluble.
