Clean, refined-looking pores in ten minutes

A purifying 50 ml mineral clay mask with white kaolin, green clay and lactic acid, formulated to absorb excess surface oil and refine the look of pores.

Visible benefits

Texture & pores

  • Polished, smoother-feeling skin — fine natural exfoliating particles.

Soothing & comfort

  • Rinses cleanly without feeling parched — organic aloe leaf juice, glycerin and sodium PCA keep skin feeling calm and comfortable.

Hydration

  • Softer, comfortable skin — glycerin draws water into the surface layers.
  • Moisture that lasts through the day — sodium PCA is part of the skin’s own natural moisturising factor.
  • Light moisture without weight — butylene glycol attracts water to the surface.

Barrier & protection

  • Softness for dry skin — olive oil.
  • Antioxidant care — vitamin E (tocopherol) helps protect the formula and the skin’s surface lipids.

helps retain moisture within the clay base

What the science says

Lactic acid — Research on hydroxy acids indicates that they loosen the bonds between dead flakes on the skin's surface so they shed more evenly, promoting smoother-looking skin. [1]

Aloe vera — In research on topical creams, formulations containing aloe vera extract helped increase the water content of the outermost skin layer compared with an unsupplemented base. [2]

The cited hydroxy acid research highlights surface smoothing and notes that daily sunscreen is advised with regular use. In our mask, lactic acid sits at position 9. The main absorbing body is kaolin (#2), montmorillonite (#4) and diatomaceous earth (#5) in an organic aloe juice base (#1). Charcoal powder appears at position 17 in a small amount. The aloe study looked at leave-on creams, not rinse-off masks.

These are published studies on the ingredients, not tests of this product. Study concentrations and formulas differ from ours; individual results vary.

Your routine

1–2× a week

  1. Apply an even, opaque layer to clean, dry skin, avoiding the eye contour and lips.
  2. Leave on for 5–10 minutes; do not allow it to dry completely rock-hard.
  3. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and follow with your moisturiser. Use 1–2 times weekly.
