What the science says

Panthenol (provitamin B5) — In research on human volunteers, skin that received panthenol held more water in its outermost layer and lost less water than skin receiving an unsupplemented base. [1]

Caffeine — Research on caffeine in cosmetics found that it readily passes the skin's outer barrier and offers antioxidant properties. [2]

The hydrogel base is formed by red seaweed extract (Chondrus Crispus) with glycerin (#2) and panthenol (#4) as the primary hydrating agents. Caffeine appears at position 11 and sodium ascorbyl phosphate (vitamin C) at position 15 in modest cosmetic amounts. We do not claim permanent reduction of bags or dark circles.

How should I use OCULIS™ Energising Eye Patches?
