What does 35/25 mean?
It is the concentration of the oil: about 35 % EPA and 25 % DHA. You can check it against the label — 2,060 mg of fish oil per daily dose gives 700 mg of EPA and 500 mg of DHA, which is roughly those proportions.
How is Omega 3 Max different from our Halal Omega-3?
Omega 3 Max is our high-potency formula: 1,400 mg omega-3 per daily dose (700 mg EPA, 500 mg DHA) from wild-caught fish oil, compared to a standard lower concentration in our Omega-3 Halal formula. Because its daily dose provides 500 mg DHA, it qualifies for the EU wording on brain function and vision. Both share a beef gelatine shell that is halal compliant, while the Halal option focuses on a standard baseline dose with extra vitamin E.
Who is Omega 3 Max 35/25 designed for?

What color and size are the Omega 3 Max softgels?
The label does not describe the softgel's colour or size. What is printed is the fill: 2,060 mg of wild-caught fish oil across the two-capsule daily dose, taken with 250 ml of water.
Triglycerides or ethyl esters?
Triglycerides. The ingredient list says omega-3 triglycerides from fish oil, and the front of the can says the same. That is a statement about the chemical form of the oil, nothing more.
Does it contain allergens?
Yes — it contains fish, which is declared on the label under Annex II of Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011. The shell is beef gelatine and the specification states it is halal compliant.
Is it vegan or vegetarian?
Neither. The oil comes from fish and the shell from beef gelatine. If you need a plant-based omega-3, this is not the one.
What exactly was analysed?
Analysis BOD/08/12/25, PLENUM in Ennepetal, 8 December 2025, for lot Y1059BOD: lead below 3.0 mg/kg, arsenic below 1.0, cadmium below 0.5, mercury below 0.1; aerobic mesophilic count below 1,000 CFU/g, yeasts and moulds and Enterobacteriaceae each below 100 CFU/g, salmonella and E. coli negative. The finding was that there is nothing to object to.

No. Two softgels are the recommended daily intake on the label and it must not be exceeded.
Should I take it with food?
The label says two capsules daily with 250 ml of water and does not fix a time. Many people take fish oil with a meal; what matters is that it is the same time each day.
