What we do, and what we don't promise
Cosmetics, not treatments
ROOTSYNC cleanses, nourishes and cares for the scalp and hair fibre. It does not treat hair loss and we do not promise new growth. If you are suddenly losing hair, see a dermatologist.
Sulfates: where they are and aren't
All 5 wash shampoos use Sodium Coco-Sulfate, a coconut-derived cleanser. The conditioners, mask, oil, serum, scrub, leave-in mist and dry shampoo contain no sulfates.
Who makes them
Made in Latvia by NORD Beauty SIA. The UK Responsible Person printed on the pack is Mypure Ltd. The full ingredient list (INCI) is on every product page.
In short
How do I use the rosemary oil?
It's a pre-wash treatment: apply to scalp and hair, leave at least 15 minutes, then shampoo. It contains organic sunflower, castor, sweet almond, argan, rosemary and peppermint oils.
How often can I use the exfoliating serum or scrub?
Start once a week and move to twice if your scalp feels comfortable. Don't use the serum and the scrub on the same day, and stop if you notice irritation.
Are the products vegan?
Not all of them. The keratin products are not vegan. Each product page says whether it is vegan and lists every ingredient.
Which one for a sensitive scalp?
The Sensitive Scalp Shampoo is dermatologically tested with no labelled fragrance allergens, and the exfoliating serum is fragrance-free. Patch-test any new product first.
Does it help with hair loss?
No, and we won't claim it does. These are cosmetic care products. Hair loss has many causes, and a dermatologist can find yours.
