Why fifteen nutrients and not more?
Because a gummy this size can only carry so much before the texture and taste give out. Fourteen of the fifteen are vitamins and minerals with a printed percentage of the reference value; the fifteenth, inositol, has neither a reference value nor an authorised wording, so it is listed on the label but not in our table.
Why is inositol on the label with no percentage?
Because no reference value has been set for inositol under Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011, and the EU Register authorises no wording for it either. It is in the gummy — 24.74 mg per daily dose — and we say nothing further about what it does.
Is it vegan?
The label calls it vegan friendly: the gummy is set with pectin rather than gelatine. It also declares soya under allergens, even though the ingredient list does not name a soy-based ingredient outright — we print the allergen exactly as it appears on the label.
Why does a vegan gummy declare soy?
Soy is a plant, so the two are not in conflict. The allergen line is a separate legal requirement from the vegan claim, and we cannot say which ingredient triggers it beyond what the label states.
Can I take more than two on a heavy week?
No. Two gummies is the recommended daily intake printed on the label and it must not be exceeded — several nutrients here, including vitamin D3 and vitamin B12, are already well above 100% of the reference value.
Can I take it alongside another calcium or vitamin D supplement?
Look at what the other product contains first. This gummy already carries 200 mg of calcium and 25 µg of vitamin D3 (500% of the reference value). If you are unsure, ask a doctor or pharmacist before combining supplements.
