On the label

What one scoop contains

The label prints one ingredient and one number: how much L-glutamine is in a 5 g scoop.

  1. L-glutamine

    5,000 mg –

    Form: 100% L-glutamine

Also found in: meat, fish, dairy and other protein foods — the most abundant free amino acid in the body

No wording is authorised for glutamine in the EU Register, so nothing is claimed for it.

* NRV = nutrient reference value under Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 — none is established for glutamine, so the label prints no percentage and neither do we. No EU-authorised wording exists for glutamine in the EU Register, so this table states the amount only.

The course

What a hundred days look like

One scoop a day, a hundred in the pouch. Here is what you do and what you can count — arithmetic, not promises.

  1. Day 1

One scoop, 250–300 ml of water

Stir it into water or a shake — glutamine dissolves without much fuss. Write down the lot from the pouch seal.

  2. Days 2–50

    Same scoop, same time

Fifty scoops gone, fifty left, half the pouch. Each one carries 5,000 mg of L-glutamine — the printed amount, and the only number this page states.

  3. Days 51–100

The second half of the pouch

The pouch empties on day a hundred. One ingredient, one line on the label, from day one to the last scoop.

A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Who makes it, who tested it

A named issuer, lot and best-before on the seal

Therapium Ltd (company number 16471805), 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, issues the product; the label states it is filled and lab-tested in Germany. The lot number and best-before date are printed on the pouch seal, and that is what identifies the batch you hold. We do not hold a separate laboratory report for this product.

Questions

The questions people actually ask

Short answers with the numbers in them. If what you need is not here, ask us before you buy rather than after.

Answers refer to the batch named in them. The codes printed on the bottle you receive are the ones that count.

So what does glutamine actually do?

We are not allowed to tell you, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. The EU Register of nutrition and health claims contains no authorised wording for glutamine, so any sentence a seller writes about recovery or gut health is one the regulator has not approved.

What we can print is the number: 5,000 mg of L-glutamine per 5 g scoop.

Why is there no flavour?

Because the ingredient list is one line — L-glutamine and nothing else. No flavouring means it mixes into water or a shake without adding its own taste on top of whatever you stir it into.

Is it vegan?

Yes. L-glutamine here is not derived from an animal source, and the ingredient list has nothing else in it.

How do I measure a scoop without getting it wrong?

Use one level scoop, as printed on the label — 5 g is a small amount and easy to overshoot by eye, so the label gives it as a weight, not a volume to guess.

When should I take it?

One scoop a day, stirred into 250–300 ml of water or a shake. The label sets no particular hour. Do not exceed one scoop a day.

What exactly is on the label, and can I see a report?

The full ingredient list is one line — L-glutamine — and the dose is printed per 5 g scoop. We do not hold a laboratory report or batch analysis for this product on file, and we are not going to invent one.

How do I know the pouch I receive is the real thing?

Check the codes: EAN 4262487490866, SKU C2B-GLUT-DOY-500, issued by Therapium Ltd, 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. If what is printed on your pouch does not match what is printed here, tell us and do not use it.

How should it be stored?

Resealed after each use, dry, cool and away from direct light. Out of the reach of children.

What if it is not for me?

Send it back within 60 days and we refund it — that is the return policy printed at the top of every page.

How much is delivery and how fast is it?

Orders ship within 24–48 h by courier. Delivery is free over 485 lei; below that the courier fee is shown at checkout before you pay.

How does L-Glutamine powder differ from Taurine powder?

While both are single-ingredient unflavoured powders supplying 5,000 mg per portion across a 500 g pouch, L-glutamine is a proteinogenic amino acid, whereas taurine is an amino sulfonic acid. Both contain zero additives or flavorings.

One hundred daily portions of pure L-glutamine delivered in 24–48 h.
