Thirteen nutrients are printed on the label with an amount and a percentage of the reference value, every one of them at 100 % or higher. One shot is the daily dose.

The course

What fifty days look like

One shot each morning, fifty in the bottle. Here is what you do and what you can count — arithmetic, not promises.

1. Day 1

   Shake, pour 10 ml, drink

   In the morning, undiluted or with water. Write down the lot from the base of the bottle, and note that the shot carries caffeine if you plan to take it later in the day.

2. Days 2–25

   Same 10 ml, same time

   Twenty-five shots gone, twenty-five left, half the bottle. Each one carries 120 mg of vitamin C; vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system.

3. Days 26–50

   The second half of the bottle

   The bottle empties on day fifty. Biotin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism — that is the authorised wording for the 75 µg in each shot, and the table further down gives one such sentence per nutrient.
