The ingredient list also names choline, inositol, PABA, lutein, zeaxanthin, hesperidin, raspberry powder, spirulina powder, ashwagandha powder, beetroot powder, manganese, chromium, iodine and selenium; none of them is printed with an amount or a percentage of the reference value on this label, so none is in this table and we state nothing about what they do.

The course

What thirty-three days look like

One shot a day, thirty-three in the bottle. Here is what you do and what you can count — arithmetic, not promises.

  1. Day 1

    15 ml, shaken first

Taken undiluted or with water. Write down the lot number from the base of the bottle, and refrigerate it once opened.

  2. Days 2–16

    Same shot, same time

Fifteen shots gone, eighteen left, about half the bottle. Each one carries 80 mg of vitamin C at the full reference value. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system.

  3. Days 17–33

    The rest of the bottle

The bottle empties on day thirty-three. Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones — that is the authorised wording for the 120 mg in each shot, and the table below gives one such sentence per nutrient.

A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of small children. Shake before pouring. Refrigerate after opening.

Questions

The questions people actually ask

Short answers with the numbers in them. If what you need is not here, ask us before you buy rather than after.

Answers refer to the batch named in them. The codes printed on the bottle you receive are the ones that count.

Why a shot instead of a capsule?

Because it is measured out and drunk rather than swallowed whole — a fifteen-millilitre dose from a bottle, for anyone who would rather not take capsules. The vitamin and mineral amounts are printed on the label exactly as they would be on a capsule pack.

Why is calcium only 15 %?

Because 120 mg of calcium is 15 % of the reference value, and that is what the label prints. Fifteen percent is still enough to be a source of calcium and to carry the authorised wording — a full daily calcium amount would not fit in a 15 ml shot alongside fourteen other nutrients.

What about the other ingredients on the list — choline, spirulina, ashwagandha?

They are in the shot, but the label prints no amount and no percentage of the reference value for any of them, so there is nothing to calculate a claim from. The EU Register also authorises no wording for ashwagandha specifically. We name what is on the label and stop there.

Does it contain allergens?

The label declares none of the fourteen allergens under Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011.

Can I take it alongside another supplement?

Look at what the other product contains first, especially vitamin A, vitamin D and zinc, since this shot already covers a large share of the reference value for each of them. If you are unsure, ask a doctor or pharmacist.

How should it be stored?

Store in a cool, dry place away from light before opening. Shake before pouring; once opened, refrigerate it and use it within 2 months, exactly as the label states.

How do I know the bottle I received is the real thing?

Check the codes: EAN 4262487490873, SKU C2B-MULT-SHOT-01, issued by Therapium Ltd, 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. If what is printed on your bottle does not match what is printed here, tell us and do not use it.

Can I take two shots on a heavy day?

No. One 15 ml shot is the recommended daily intake on the label and it must not be exceeded.

What if it is not for me?

Send it back within 60 days and we refund it — that is the return policy printed at the top of every page.
