The course

What four months look like

One capsule a day, 120 in the bottle. Here is what you do and what you can count — arithmetic, not promises.

  1. Day 1

One capsule, 250 ml of water

With a meal is easiest, since the capsule is oil-filled. The batch number and best-before date are on the base of the bottle — worth noting before it goes in the cupboard.

  2. Days 2–60

    Same capsule, same time

Sixty capsules gone, sixty left, half the bottle. Each one carries 14 mg of iron at the full reference value; iron contributes to normal oxygen transport in the body.

  3. Days 61–120

The second half of the bottle

The bottle empties on day 120. Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision — that is the authorised wording for the 800 µg in each capsule, and the table further down gives one such sentence per nutrient.

A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children. Contains soy. If you already take iron or a separate multivitamin, ask a doctor or pharmacist before adding this one.

Who makes it, who tested it

A named manufacturer, a named laboratory, an analysis quoted on this page

Brands on Demand UG in Berlin issues and fills the product under HACCP, and the specification we hold states the bottle is filled and tested in Germany. The analysis we hold, number BOD/28/11/24-B of 28 November 2024 by PLENUM in Ennepetal, covers lot W1278 — a sealed original pack of 120 capsules, best before 10/2026 — tested for heavy metals (lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury) and microbiology, with nothing to object to; the full figures are quoted below. We do not issue a fresh certificate for every batch, so check the batch number and best-before date on the base of your own bottle against the label, which carries Therapium Ltd, 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, UK, EAN 4262487490200 and SKU C2B-MULT-01.

Questions

The questions people actually ask

Short answers with the numbers in them. If what you need is not here, ask us before you buy rather than after.

Answers refer to the batch named in them. The codes printed on the bottle you receive are the ones that count.

Why a softgel and not a tablet?

Because the carrier here is sunflower oil rather than a pressed powder, which is where vitamins A, D and E sit. The ingredient list starts with sunflower oil and the capsule shell is gelatine.

That is a statement about how the product is made, not about how well anything is taken up.

Why is magnesium only at 27 %?

Because 99.6 mg of magnesium is 27 % of the reference value, and that is what the label prints. Everything else in the table is at 100 %. A full daily magnesium amount will not fit in one capsule alongside twenty other nutrients — if that is what you are after, a dedicated magnesium product makes more sense.

What is inositol doing on the label?

It is in the capsule at 50 mg, and the label prints it with no percentage because there is no reference value for it. There is also no authorised wording for inositol in the EU Register, so it does not appear in our nutrient table and we say nothing about what it does.

Is it vegan or vegetarian?

Neither. The capsule shell is beef gelatine; the specification states the product contains bovine material and that the gelatine is halal compliant.

Does it contain allergens?

Yes — soy, from the soy lecithin in the ingredient list, declared under Annex II of Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011.

What exactly does the analysis say?

Analysis BOD/28/11/24-B, PLENUM in Ennepetal, 28 November 2024, for lot W1278: lead below 3.0 mg/kg, arsenic below 1.0, cadmium below 0.5, mercury below 0.1; aerobic mesophilic count 1,660 CFU/g, yeasts and moulds and Enterobacteriaceae each below 100 CFU/g, salmonella and E. coli negative. The finding was that there is nothing to object to.

This is the analysis we hold and quote in full above; we do not issue a fresh certificate for every batch. Check the batch number on the base of your own bottle against the best-before date printed there.

How do I know the bottle I receive is the real thing?

Check the codes: EAN 4262487490200, SKU C2B-MULT-01, issued by Therapium Ltd, 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, UK. If what is printed on your bottle does not match what is printed here, tell us and do not use it.

Can I take two on a heavy day?

No. One capsule is the recommended daily intake on the label and it must not be exceeded — the iron alone is already at the full reference value.

Can I take it alongside another supplement?

Look at what the other product contains first, especially iron, zinc, selenium and vitamin A, since this capsule already covers the reference value for each of them. If you are unsure, ask a doctor or pharmacist.

How should it be stored?

Closed, dry, cool and away from direct light. Out of the reach of children.

What if it is not for me?

Send it back within 60 days and we refund it — that is the return policy printed at the top of every page.
