The rest of the bottle
The bottle empties on night twenty, well inside the two months the label allows after opening. Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system — that is the authorised wording for the 10 mg in each shot, and the table below gives one such sentence per nutrient.

So what do the collagen, tryptophan or valerian actually do?
We are not allowed to tell you, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. The EU Register of nutrition and health claims contains no authorised wording for hydrolysed collagen, L-tryptophan, L-theanine, valerian, lavender, hops, ashwagandha, passionflower or hyaluronic acid, so any sentence a seller writes about what they do for sleep or relaxation is one the regulator has not approved.
What we can print is the milligrams of each, and the six nutrients that do have authorised wording — magnesium, vitamin C, niacin, zinc, riboflavin and thiamine — are in the table above with their sentences.
Is it safe to drive after taking it?
No. The label states it may cause drowsiness and warns not to drive or operate machinery after taking it, and not to combine it with alcohol. Take it before bed, not before going out.
Can I take it with medication?
