An oil-based multivitamin in a softgel rather than a pressed tablet, so the fat-soluble vitamins — A, D and E — arrive already dissolved in sunflower oil. One capsule covers the day; a jar covers four months.

How to use

1. One capsule a day, with water.
2. With a meal, so the fat-soluble vitamins have something to travel with.

What it contains

• Vitamins — A (retinyl palmitate), C (L-ascorbic acid), D (cholecalciferol), E (D-alpha-tocopherol), B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin, pantothenic acid, folic acid, biotin and inositol.
• Minerals — magnesium, calcium, iron, zinc, manganese, copper, iodine, molybdenum and selenium.

Good to know

• Contains soy (soy lecithin). Not suitable if you avoid soy.
• Not vegetarian — the capsule shell is gelatine, and the formula contains beeswax.
• Contains iron. Keep well out of the reach of children.
• The amount of each vitamin and mineral per capsule is printed on the jar label.

Sunflower oil, coating agent: gelatine, magnesium oxide, calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid, humectant: glycerol, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), beeswax, inositol, iron sulphate, zinc sulphate, soy lecithin, D-alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E), nicotinamide (niacin), colours: iron oxides and hydroxides, calcium D-pantothenate (pantothenic acid), manganese sulphate, retinyl palmitate (vitamin A), copper sulphate, cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), riboflavin, thiamine mononitrate (thiamine), potassium iodate, cholecalciferol (vitamin D), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid), sodium molybdate, sodium selenite, D-biotin.
