Therapium VELOURIS™ Correcting Concealer — 15 Medium Cool

The cool option in the middle of the range — a medium shade with a pink cast, for skin that goes ashy in golden concealers.

Organic aloe leaf juice is the first ingredient, ahead of any oil, with organic shea butter, rice bran oil and plant waxes giving it body. Sodium PCA, sodium hyaluronate and hydrolysed hyaluronic acid keep the finish from going dry and powdery. Colour comes from mineral pigments — titanium dioxide and iron oxides — at a high enough load that a thin layer covers, so you do not have to pile it on.

Is this your shade?

15 is one of only two cool shades in the concealer range, and the only one at medium depth. Cool means pink rather than golden — silver flatters you more than gold, and warm concealers tend to look orange on you rather than invisible.

• Under the eye — this is the shade if your foundation is 20 Medium Neutral or 25 Medium Warm. A pink-cast concealer also does more against the blue-grey of a tired under-eye than a golden one does.
• On blemishes and redness — match your foundation depth instead, so 15 covers on medium skin.
• If you are between — 05 Light Cool is the lighter cool shade; 25 Medium Neutral is the same depth without the pink.

How to use

1. Apply in small dots where you want coverage.
2. Tap out with a fingertip or a small brush, working outwards.
3. Build a second thin layer if you need more, rather than one thick one.
4. Blends over foundation, or use it on bare skin on its own.
