Review policy

We publish every review we receive, good and bad. This page explains exactly how they get here, so you know what you are reading.

Who can leave a review

Only customers who have actually bought and received the product. Roughly seven days after a delivery is confirmed, our review platform sends that customer a one-time invitation by email. The invitation is tied to the order, so a review cannot be submitted without a matching purchase.

The verified badge

A review marked Verified buyer was written by someone whose order we can trace in our system. If a review ever appears without that badge, it means we could not match it to an order, and we tell you so rather than hiding the difference.

What we never do

  • We do not write reviews ourselves, and we do not ask anyone else to write them on our behalf.
  • We do not buy reviews, and we do not offer discounts, free products or any other incentive in exchange for a review or for a particular rating.
  • We do not delete a review because it is negative, and we do not edit the wording of what a customer wrote.
  • We do not move reviews between products, and we do not present reviews of one product as reviews of another.

When we do remove a review

A review comes down only if it contains personal data, abusive or unlawful language, spam, or a claim that a product treats or cures a disease — the last one because we are not permitted to publish medical claims about food supplements or cosmetics. If we remove a review, we email the person who wrote it and say why.

How the average rating is calculated

It is the plain arithmetic mean of every published review for that product, with no weighting and no filtering. Reviews are shown newest first by default.

Reporting a review

If you believe a review is not genuine, write to office@therapiummed.com with the product and the reviewer name. We check it against our order records and reply within five working days.

This policy reflects our obligations under Directive (EU) 2019/2161 (the Omnibus Directive) and the Romanian legislation transposing it.
