So what does shilajit actually do?
We are not allowed to tell you, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. The EU Register of nutrition and health claims contains no authorised wording for shilajit, so any sentence a seller writes about energy or vitality is one the regulator has not approved.
What we can print is the number: 1,000 mg of purified shilajit per 1 g scoop, standardised to 5% fulvic acid — 50 mg of it.
Why is there no flavour?
Because the ingredient list is one line — purified shilajit powder and nothing else. No flavouring means it mixes into water without adding anything on top of the resin's own taste.
Is it vegan?
Yes. Shilajit here is a mineral-rich resin, not derived from an animal source, and the ingredient list has nothing else in it.
