On the label
What one scoop contains, and what each vitamin does
The label prints ten lines per scoop. Five are active ingredients with no reference value — beta-alanine, creatine monohydrate, L-arginine HCl, L-tyrosine and caffeine, already listed above with their amounts. The other five are vitamins, with their amount, their percentage of the reference value and the effect the EU allows us to state.
Vitamin C
45.5 mg 57 %Form: L-ascorbic acid
Also found in: oranges, peppers, strawberries, kiwi
Vitamin C contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin B3 (Niacin)
1.43 mg 9 %Form: nicotinamide
Also found in: chicken, peanuts, mushrooms
Below 15 % of the reference value at this dose, so no effect is claimed for it.
Vitamin B6
480 µg 34 %Form: pyridoxal-5-phosphate
Also found in: bananas, potatoes, chickpeas
Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism.
Folic acid (B9)
80 µg 40 %Form: folic acid
Also found in: spinach, broccoli, lentils
Folate contributes to normal blood formation.
Vitamin B12
2 µg 80 %Form: methylcobalamin
Also found in: eggs, milk, fish
Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
* NRV = nutrient reference value under Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011. Beta-alanine, creatine monohydrate, L-arginine HCl, L-tyrosine and caffeine carry no reference value and no authorised wording, so they are not in this table; their amounts are printed above. Vitamin B3 is printed at 9 % of the reference value, below the 15 % needed to call it a source, so no effect is claimed for it.

Not suitable for children, for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or for anyone with high blood pressure, a kidney or liver condition, who has had a heart attack, or who takes blood pressure medication. The questions people actually ask
Short answers with the numbers in them. If what you need is not here, ask us before you buy rather than after.
Answers refer to the batch named in them. The codes printed on the bottle you receive are the ones that count.
How is the tutti frutti pre-workout prepared?
Mix 6.5 g of powder (one level measuring scoop) with 200 ml of liquid and take it 30 to 60 minutes before training, following the directions on the label.
How does Tutti Frutti differ from Orange, Raspberry and Apple?
Tutti Frutti, Orange and Raspberry share identical active doses and both use Ponceau 4R (E124) and Carmoisine (E122) for colour, with distinct flavourings. Orange also contains riboflavin, while Apple contains no added colours.
Why does Tutti Frutti use E124 and E122?
The colouring is provided by Ponceau 4R (E124) and Carmoisine (E122). European regulations require an advisory note about children's attention for these colourings. For an uncoloured alternative, select our Apple flavour.
Does the tutti frutti formula contain riboflavin?
No, unlike the orange variant, the tutti frutti ingredient list does not include riboflavin; its colour comes from Ponceau 4R (E124) and Carmoisine (E122).
Why is there no performance claim for the creatine?
Because the EU wording for creatine — that it increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise — only applies at 3 g of creatine a day. This scoop carries 1,500 mg, less than half of that, so we do not use the wording.
The 1,500 mg is still printed as a number on the label; we simply do not attach a claim to it.
What does vitamin C do in this booster?
Vitamin C contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, with 45.5 mg in each tutti frutti serving (57 % of the reference value) as authorised in the EU Register.
Who should not take this?
The label lists children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, anyone with high blood pressure, a kidney or liver condition, anyone who has had a heart attack, and anyone taking blood pressure medication. Do not combine it with alcohol or other medication. If you are unsure, ask a doctor or pharmacist before starting it.
How much caffeine is 190 mg?
Roughly two strong espressos, taken in one scoop rather than two cups. It is one serving a day, and the label says not to exceed it.
Can I add another caffeine drink on top of this?
That is between you and how you feel — the label sets the dose for this product at one scoop, and does not account for caffeine from coffee, tea or anything else you drink alongside it.
What if it is not for me?
Send it back within 60 days and we refund it — that is the return policy printed at the top of every page.
