On the label
What one scoop contains, and what each vitamin does
The label prints ten lines per scoop. Five are active ingredients with no reference value — beta-alanine, creatine monohydrate, L-arginine HCl, L-tyrosine and caffeine, already listed above with their amounts. The other five are vitamins, with their amount, their percentage of the reference value and the effect the EU allows us to state.
Vitamin C
45.5 mg 57 %Form: L-ascorbic acid
Also found in: oranges, peppers, strawberries, kiwi
Vitamin C contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin B3 (Niacin)
1.43 mg 9 %Form: nicotinamide
Also found in: chicken, peanuts, mushrooms
Below 15 % of the reference value at this dose, so no effect is claimed for it.
Vitamin B6
480 µg 34 %Form: pyridoxal-5-phosphate
Also found in: bananas, potatoes, chickpeas
Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism.
Folic acid (B9)
80 µg 40 %Form: folic acid
Also found in: spinach, broccoli, lentils
Folate contributes to normal blood formation.
Vitamin B12
2 µg 80 %Form: methylcobalamin
Also found in: eggs, milk, fish
Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
* NRV = nutrient reference value under Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011. Beta-alanine, creatine monohydrate, L-arginine HCl, L-tyrosine and caffeine carry no reference value and no authorised wording, so they are not in this table; their amounts are printed above. Vitamin B3 is printed at 9 % of the reference value, below the 15 % needed to call it a source, so no effect is claimed for it.

The questions people actually ask
Short answers with the numbers in them. If what you need is not here, ask us before you buy rather than after.
Answers refer to the batch named in them. The codes printed on the bottle you receive are the ones that count.
What are the label directions for the raspberry pre-workout?
According to the label, mix 6.5 g of powder (one level measuring scoop) with 200 ml of liquid and consume 30 to 60 minutes before training.
How does Raspberry compare with Orange, Tutti Frutti and Apple?
Raspberry features raspberry flavouring while sharing the 190 mg caffeine and amino doses with its siblings. Like Orange and Tutti Frutti, it includes Ponceau 4R (E124) and Carmoisine (E122); only Apple is formulated without colourings.
Why does the raspberry label include a warning about E124 and E122?
Ponceau 4R (E124) and Carmoisine (E122) provide the red colouring, requiring the mandatory European advisory that they may impair activity and attention in children. For a version without added colours, select Apple.
What sweeteners and colourings are listed on the raspberry label?
The ingredients declare acesulfame K and sucralose for sweetness, plus Ponceau 4R (E124) and Carmoisine (E122) for colour.
Why is there no performance claim for the creatine?
Because the EU wording for creatine — that it increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise — only applies at 3 g of creatine a day. This scoop carries 1,500 mg, less than half of that, so we do not use the wording.
The 1,500 mg is still printed as a number on the label; we simply do not attach a claim to it.
What authorised claim is made for the vitamin C in this booster?
Under EU Register rules, vitamin C contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, matching the 45.5 mg (57 % NRV) declared on the raspberry label.
Who is advised against taking this product?
The packaging states it is not suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, individuals with high blood pressure, kidney or liver disease, heart attack history, or those taking blood pressure drugs. Never combine with alcohol or medications.
How much caffeine does each raspberry scoop provide?
Each scoop provides 190 mg of caffeine, roughly equivalent to two strong coffees, and the label specifies not exceeding the single daily serving.
Can other caffeinated beverages be consumed on the same day?
The recommended daily dose of one scoop provides 190 mg of caffeine; additional intake from coffee or tea is at the user's discretion as the label accounts only for this product.
