Therapium VIGORIS™ Pre-Workout Booster Apple — 520 g
One daily 6.5 g serving of apple pre-workout powder: 190 mg caffeine without added colours.
Vitamin C contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and the same apple-flavoured scoop carries 45.5 mg of it next to 190 mg of caffeine and 1,600 mg of beta-alanine, each printed as its own number.
- Beta-alanine, creatine monohydrate, L-arginine HCl and caffeine are each printed with their own milligrams rather than folded into one undisclosed blend, so you always know the exact dose you are taking.
- Directions on the pack: mix one level measuring scoop with 200 ml of liquid half an hour to an hour before your workout.
- The apple flavour alone in this range carries no added colour — no Ponceau 4R (E124), no Carmoisine (E122) — one less additive on the label to think about.

On the label
What one scoop contains, and what each nutrient does
Ten lines are printed per 6.5 g scoop. Five carry a nutrient reference value; four of those five clear the 15 % needed for an authorised effect, and are below with the wording the EU allows.
Vitamin C
45.5 mg 57 %Form: L-ascorbic acid
Also found in: oranges, peppers, strawberries, kiwi
Vitamin C contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin B3 (niacin)
1.43 mg 9 %Form: nicotinamide
Also found in: chicken, peanuts, mushrooms
Below 15 % of the reference value at this dose, so no effect is claimed for it.
Vitamin B6
480 µg 34 %Form: pyridoxal-5-phosphate
Also found in: bananas, potatoes, chickpeas
Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin B9 (folate)
80 µg 40 %Form: folic acid
Also found in: spinach, broccoli, lentils
Folate contributes to normal blood formation.
Vitamin B12
2 µg 80 %Form: methylcobalamin
Also found in: eggs, milk, fish
Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
* NRV = nutrient reference value under Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011. Beta-alanine, creatine monohydrate, L-arginine HCl, L-tyrosine and caffeine are printed on the label with a dash instead of a reference value, so none is in this table and nothing is claimed about any of them. The ingredient list also names riboflavin (vitamin B2); the label prints no amount or percentage for it, so it is not in this table either.
The course
What eighty servings look like
One scoop before training, eighty in the tin. Here is what you do and what you can count — arithmetic, not promises.
-
First scoop
6.5 g in 200 ml, 30–60 minutes out
Mix one level scoop (6.5 g) with 200 ml of liquid, thirty to sixty minutes before training. Note the lot number from the base of the tin.
-
Servings 2–40
Same scoop, same timing
Forty servings gone, forty left. Each one carries 190 mg of caffeine and 45.5 mg of vitamin C; vitamin C contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
-
Servings 41–80
The second half of the tin
The tin empties at eighty servings. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism — that is the authorised wording for the 2 µg in each scoop, and the table below gives the rest.
A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children. Not suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or for anyone with high blood pressure, a kidney or liver condition, who has had a heart attack, or who takes blood pressure medication. Do not take with alcohol or medication.
Who makes it, who tested it
What is printed on this label, and where it was tested
Therapium Ltd, company number 16471805, issues the product from 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London; the label states the powder is lab-tested in Germany. The lot number and best-before date are printed on the base of the tin — that is the batch the testing statement on the label refers to.

The questions people actually ask
Short answers with the numbers in them. If what you need is not here, ask us before you buy rather than after.
Answers refer to the batch named in them. The codes printed on the bottle you receive are the ones that count.
Why is beta-alanine printed with a dash instead of a percentage?
Because there is no nutrient reference value set for beta-alanine, creatine monohydrate, L-arginine HCl, L-tyrosine or caffeine under EU food labelling rules — the label prints a dash where a percentage would go. The amount in milligrams is still printed for each, and that is the number this page uses.
Why doesn't the page say anything about what creatine or caffeine do?
Creatine has one authorised EU wording, and it applies only at 3 g a day or more. This scoop carries 1,500 mg, so that wording cannot be used here. Caffeine has no authorised wording in the EU Register at all, so we make no statement about it either.
Why does the apple flavour have no added colour when the others do?
We checked both ingredient lists: the raspberry, orange and tutti frutti tins list colours (E124, E122); the apple tin does not. That is a genuine difference between the flavours, not a claim about what the colour does or does not do.
Can I combine this with other caffeinated drinks or supplements?
The label says not to take it with alcohol or medication and not to exceed the stated daily dose. Beyond that, count your total caffeine for the day yourself — one scoop already carries 190 mg — and ask a doctor or pharmacist if you are unsure.
Who should not take this?
Children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and anyone with high blood pressure, a kidney or liver condition, a history of heart attack, or who takes blood pressure medication — all stated on the label. Do not take it with alcohol or medication.
What is riboflavin doing on the ingredient list if it isn't in the nutrient table?
It is listed as its own ingredient, separate from the nine dosed nutrients above. The label prints no separate amount or percentage for riboflavin itself, so it is not in our nutrient table and we say nothing about what it does.
How do I know the tin I received is the real thing?
Check the codes: EAN 4262487490156, SKU C2B-PREW-04, issued by Therapium Ltd, company number 16471805, 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. If what is printed on your tin does not match what is printed here, tell us and do not use it.
How should it be stored?
Closed, dry, cool and away from direct light. Out of the reach of children.
What if it is not for me?
Send it back within 60 days and we refund it — that is the return policy printed at the top of every page.
