The tin empties on day thirty. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism — that is the authorised wording for the 1.4 mg in each daily dose.

So what does lion's mane actually do?
We are not allowed to tell you, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. The EU Register of nutrition and health claims contains no authorised wording for lion's mane, so any sentence a seller writes about focus or memory is one the regulator has not approved.
What we can print are the numbers: 200 mg of lion's mane fruiting-body extract per daily dose, of which 56.4 mg is polysaccharides and 8.0 mg is beta-glucans. The one nutrient that does have authorised wording, vitamin B6, is in the table above with its sentence.
Why does the label mention sulphites?
Lion's mane mushroom powder naturally contains sulphites; none are added on purpose. Because the amount can exceed the threshold set in Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011, it has to be declared as an allergen regardless of where it comes from.
Why is vitamin B6 at exactly 100 %?
Because 1.4 mg is what the recipe carries per daily dose, and that happens to match the reference value precisely. We have not rounded the figure.
Is it vegan?
Yes. Vegan and containing sulphites are two different things: the gummy is set with pectin instead of gelatine and glazed with carnauba wax, so nothing in the ingredient list comes from an animal — the sulphites are a naturally occurring trace in the mushroom powder, not an animal-derived ingredient.
Why does it warn about a laxative effect?
Because the sweetness comes from maltitol, erythritol and sorbitol, which are sugar alcohols. Every label on a product sweetened this way carries that warning. Two gummies a day is the recommended intake and it must not be exceeded.
Do you have a laboratory analysis for this batch?
Not one we hold on file. We do not invent a laboratory or a report number for a product we have not had independently analysed. What we can give you is the batch number and best-before date printed on the base of the tin, and the manufacturer's own address.
How should it be stored?
Closed, dry, cool and away from direct light, and finished within three months of opening.
