The bottle empties on day thirty-three. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism — that is the authorised wording for the 250 µg in each shot, and the label recommends a break after three months of continuous use.

What does the ginseng actually do?
We are not allowed to tell you, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. The EU Register of nutrition and health claims contains no authorised wording for Panax ginseng, eleuthero or ginger, so any sentence a seller writes about what they do for energy or focus is one the regulator has not approved.
What we can print is the number: 1,250 mg of Panax ginseng and 750 mg of eleuthero per 15 ml shot. Vitamin C and vitamin B12, the two nutrients that do have authorised wording, are in the table above with their sentences.
Why 100 mg of caffeine in just 15 ml?
Because it is a concentrated shot rather than a diluted drink. The label states the amount and carries the EU's high-caffeine warning. Do not combine it with coffee, tea or other caffeinated products on the same day.
Can I drink it in the evening?
The label says not late in the day, given the 100 mg of caffeine. Drink it before midday if you want to keep your evening free of it.
Is it safe with blood pressure or heart medication?
The label says it is not recommended if you have high blood pressure, a heart condition, or a kidney or liver disease, or if you take medication to lower blood pressure. Speak to a doctor before use.
Why does the label recommend a break after three months?
Because the shot is not intended for continuous use without a pause. That instruction is printed on the label and we repeat it as it stands.
