Questions

The questions people actually ask

Short answers with the numbers in them. If what you need is not here, ask us before you buy rather than after.

Answers refer to the batch named in them. The codes printed on the bottle you receive are the ones that count.

What flavour is this powder and how is it prepared?

It is made with natural blackberry flavouring. Per label directions, stir 1 scoop (10 g powder) into 300 ml of cold water and drink preferably before, during or after training.

How does the Blackberry flavour compare to the Cherry version?

Blackberry is flavoured with natural blackberry flavouring and coloured with spirulina and beetroot extract, while Cherry is flavoured with natural cherry flavouring and coloured with beetroot juice powder alone. Both share the exact same 8,000 mg EAA profile and 1.4 mg of vitamin B6.

Where does the blackberry powder get its deep colour?

The colour is achieved using plant extracts from spirulina and beetroot rather than synthetic coal-tar dyes.

When is the ideal time to drink blackberry EAA?

Drink preferably before, during or after training, stirred into 300 ml of cold water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of one scoop.

What is the documented function of this formula?

Under EU regulations, only one statement is authorized: vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism. Each 10 g portion provides 1.4 mg, which is 100% of the nutrient reference value.

There are no approved EU health claims for individual free amino acids, so we present only the factual quantities verified on the label.

Is 1.4 mg of vitamin B6 considered a high dosage?

No. 1.4 mg is 100% of the daily nutrient reference value for vitamin B6, representing a standard nutritional level rather than a megadose.

Why is there a phenylketonuria warning on the packaging?

Because the blend includes L-phenylalanine, making it a dietary source of phenylalanine. Individuals diagnosed with phenylketonuria require strict monitoring of this amino acid, so it is declared clearly.

What other ingredients are included in the blackberry blend?

Citric acid, inulin, natural blackberry flavouring, sucralose and acesulfame K sweeteners, spirulina and beetroot extract for colour, and 1.4 mg vitamin B6.

What return options are available if I am not satisfied?

You can return the product within 60 days for a complete refund according to our return policy.

What are the shipping costs and dispatch times?

Orders dispatch within 24–48 h by courier. Shipping is free on orders above 485 lei; below that threshold the fee is calculated at checkout.
