Why apple and not another flavour?
The same recipe exists with cherry flavour; this jar uses natural apple flavouring instead. The creatine dose is identical: 3 g a day, at three gummies.
Is 3 g of creatine enough?
3 g is the amount the EU Register requires for the authorised wording, and it is also the daily maintenance amount most commonly used. We state only the printed number and the authorised sentence, nothing about what a different amount might do.
Do I need a loading phase?
The label gives one daily dose, three gummies, with no separate loading instructions. If you are used to a loading protocol from a powder, that is a personal choice, not something we advise on.
Why does the label warn about a laxative effect?
Because the sweetness comes from maltitol, erythritol and sorbitol, which are sugar alcohols. Every label on a product sweetened this way carries that warning. Three gummies a day is the recommended intake and it must not be exceeded.
Is it vegan?
Yes. The gummy is set with starch instead of gelatine. Nothing in the list comes from an animal.
Why is it not recommended for pregnant women or children?
That is what the label states: not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for children and adolescents. We print the warning exactly as it appears and do not add a reason the label does not give.
