So what does coenzyme Q10 actually do?
We are not allowed to tell you, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. The EU Register of nutrition and health claims contains no authorised wording for coenzyme Q10, so any sentence a seller writes about energy or the heart is one the regulator has not approved.
What we can print is the number: 200 mg of coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone) per softgel, dissolved in soybean oil.
Why is the capsule not vegetarian or vegan?
The capsule shell is gelatine of bovine origin. The product specification we hold lists it as "Halal Compliant" — meaning it meets Halal sourcing rules, not that it suits a vegetarian or vegan diet. If that matters to you, this is not the right bottle.
Why is it dissolved in soybean oil rather than pressed into a tablet?
Coenzyme Q10 is fat-soluble. In this softgel it is already carried in soybean oil, so there is no powder to press. The product contains soy (soybean oil and soy lecithin); if you avoid soy, it is not suitable.
What exactly was analysed?
Lot SS4110, sealed original pack of 60 capsules, best before 02/2028. PLENUM in Ennepetal analysed it on 11 March 2026 under number BOD/11/03/26-B for lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury, and for aerobic mesophilic count, yeasts and moulds, Enterobacteriaceae, salmonella and E. coli. The finding was that there is nothing to object to.
Those figures are the ones quoted on this page — the laboratory report itself is not published, and applies only to lot SS4110.
How do I know the bottle I receive is the real thing?
Check the codes: EAN 4262487491047, SKU C2B-Q10-01, issued by Brands on Demand UG, Muthesiusstraße 6, 12163 Berlin. Lot SS4110 is best before 02/2028. If what is printed on your bottle does not match what is printed here, tell us and do not use it.
When should I take it?
One softgel a day with 250 ml of water, with a meal so the Q10 has fat to travel with. Do not exceed one softgel a day.
Can I take two softgels if I forget a day?
No. One softgel is the recommended daily intake printed on the label and it must not be exceeded. If you miss a day, take the next one as usual rather than doubling up.
