Thirty gummies gone, thirty left. Each daily dose carries 1,000 mg of apple cider vinegar powder and 20 mg of vitamin C; vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system.

The second half of the tin
The tin empties on day thirty, well inside the three months the label allows after opening. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism — that is the authorised wording for the 1.4 mg in each daily dose.
A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children. May have a laxative effect if consumed in excess. Finish the tin within three months of opening.

So what does apple cider vinegar actually do?
We are not allowed to tell you, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. The EU Register of nutrition and health claims contains no authorised wording for apple cider vinegar, so any sentence a seller writes about what it does for digestion, appetite or weight is one the regulator has not approved.
What we can print is the number: 1,000 mg of apple cider vinegar powder per daily dose of two gummies. The three nutrients that do have authorised wording — vitamin C, vitamin B6 and chromium — are in the table above with their sentences.
Why is the chromium only 6 µg?
Because 6 µg is 15 % of the reference value, which is the threshold at which a product counts as a source of chromium and the authorised wording may be used at all. Below that, nothing could be stated for it.
Why does the label warn about a laxative effect?
Because the sweetness comes from maltitol, erythritol and sorbitol, which are sugar alcohols. Every label on a product sweetened this way carries that warning. Two gummies a day is the recommended intake and it must not be exceeded.
Is it vegan?
Yes. The gummy is set with pectin instead of gelatine and glazed with carnauba wax. Nothing in the list comes from an animal, and the product carries no allergen labelling under Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011.
What gives it the colour?
Sodium copper chlorophyllin, which is a colour additive, named in full in the ingredient list. It is not a fruit or vegetable juice, and we would rather say so than call it natural.
Is this the same as drinking vinegar?
It is apple cider vinegar in powdered form, 1,000 mg in two gummies, with apple flavouring on top. Whether that suits you better than a spoonful of liquid vinegar is a question of taste, not of effect — and we make no statement about effect either way.
Why only 30 days in a tin?
Because the daily dose is two gummies and there are sixty in the tin. Two tins carry the 15 % discount in the cart and cover sixty days.
What exactly was analysed?
Lot C852507006, a sealed original pack of 60 apple-flavoured gummies, best before 18 July 2027. PLENUM in Ennepetal analysed it on 9 March 2026 under number BOD/09/03/26-B for lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury, and for aerobic mesophilic count, yeasts and moulds, Enterobacteriaceae, salmonella and E. coli. The finding was that there is nothing to object to.
