Purified shilajit powder, standardised to 5% fulvic acid. One ingredient.

The loose-powder version. A 1 g scoop stirred into 250 ml of water, and a 250 g pouch holds 250 of them. The fulvic acid figure here is 5% — lower than the 20% capsules, because this is the powder rather than a concentrated dry extract, and the serving is correspondingly larger.

How to use

1. 1 g in 250 ml of water — about one heaped 1 ml scoop.
2. Any time of day. Stir well; shilajit is dark and dissolves slowly.
