Iodine comes from the sea, and how much of it reaches inland diets depends entirely on where the food was grown. This is the plain mineral form — potassium iodide — in a small tablet, with nothing but the carrier and an anti-caking agent around it. A jar lasts six months.

How to use

1. One tablet a day, with water.
2. Any time of day, with or without food.
