Two roots from the traditional tonic shelf — Panax ginseng and eleuthero, sometimes called Siberian ginseng — with ginger extract, caffeine, vitamin C and B12. A 500 ml bottle holds 33 shots.

How to use

1. 15 ml a day, straight from the bottle or in a glass.
2. Not late in the day — the shot carries 100 mg of caffeine.

Water, sugar, ginseng (Panax C.A. Meyer), eleuthero root (Eleutherococcus senticosus), ginger powder extract, fructose, caffeine, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), acidity regulators (citric acid, malic acid), preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), sweeteners (sodium cyclamate, sodium saccharin, steviol glycosides), flavouring: natural flavouring, emulsifier: xanthan gum, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

Warnings

High caffeine content — 100 mg per 15 ml shot. Not recommended for children or for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not combine with other caffeine sources, including coffee, tea and energy drinks. Not recommended if you have high blood pressure, a heart condition, a thyroid condition, or if you take anticoagulants or medication for blood pressure or diabetes.

Ginseng and eleuthero are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for children and adolescents. Not intended for continuous use — take a break after three months.
