Egyptian black cumin oil, with the thymoquinone content declared: 0.45%.

Black seed oil is pressed from Nigella sativa. Thymoquinone is the compound most black seed oils are judged on, and most labels never mention it. This one does. The softgel shell is vegan — carrageenan and modified starch rather than gelatine — and natural vitamin E is there to keep the oil from oxidising.

How to use

1. Two capsules a day, with water.
2. Any time of day, with or without food.
