What the science says

Shea butter, cocoa butter, sunflower oil — Emollients: they fill the tiny gaps between surface skin flakes and slow water loss overnight, so skin looks smoother and feels softer. [1]

Glycerin + sodium PCA — Humectants: water magnets. Sodium PCA is a component of the skin's own natural moisturising factor; glycerin is one of the most-researched moisturising ingredients. [2]

Hyaluronic acid — Holds water on the surface for a plumper, dewier look. [3]

The firmer, plumper look comes from deep hydration and emollience — not from collagen (there is no collagen in this formula) and not from a peptide. Hyaluronic acid is present in a small amount near the end of the list. Alteromonas ferment and algae extract are skin-conditioning marine ingredients without independent human studies on their own.
