Fish collagen types 1 and 3 at 1500 daltons, in a 10 ml shot. 50 shots to the bottle.

The smallest serving in the shot range, and the longest-lasting bottle. Collagen first after the water, then vitamin C, silicon as silicon dioxide, hyaluronic acid as sodium hyaluronate, selenium and five more vitamins. No added sugar; the colour is purple potato powder.

How to use

1. 10 ml a day, straight from the bottle or in a glass.
2. Shake before pouring. Refrigerate after opening.

Filtered water, hydrolysed collagen from fish types 1 and 3, acidity regulator: citric acid, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), silicon (silicon dioxide), hyaluronic acid (sodium hyaluronate), preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), natural colour: purple potato powder, flavouring (natural strawberry flavouring), sweeteners (steviol glycosides, sucralose), vitamin D (cholecalciferol), emulsifier: xanthan gum, vitamin B5 (calcium pantothenate), biotin (D-biotin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), selenium (sodium selenite), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).

Warnings

High biotin content — 2 mg per serving (4000% of the nutrient reference value). Biotin at this level interferes with many laboratory blood tests, including thyroid hormone and cardiac troponin assays, and can produce falsely high or falsely low results. Tell your doctor or the laboratory that you take this product before any blood test.
