200 mg of coenzyme Q10 per softgel, already dissolved in oil.

Coenzyme Q10 is fat-soluble and does very little dry. In a softgel it arrives already dissolved in soy oil rather than pressed into a tablet. This is the ubiquinone form, at 200 mg a capsule, one a day.

How to use

1. One softgel a day, with 250 ml of water.
2. With a meal, so the Q10 has fat to travel with.
