Fish oil goes rancid. TOTOX is the number that says how far along that has gone, and almost nobody publishes it. The current batch measures TOTOX 13 according to the raw material certificate of analysis — batch GR1-260611TG34, best before 06/2029. The oil is concentrated to a 35/25 EPA-to-DHA ratio, from wild-caught anchovy, mackerel and sardine.

How to use

1. Two capsules a day, with water.
2. With a meal, if that sits better.
