Therapium THEAVIS™ Green Tea Extract 1000 mg — 180 capsules

500 mg of green tea extract per capsule, at 50% polyphenols — and 50 mg of caffeine with it.

Two capsules make the daily serving: 1000 mg of extract, and 100 mg of caffeine, roughly what a strong espresso carries. Zinc, vitamin C and black pepper extract are in the capsule alongside. Bamboo extract and rice starch make up the rest; the shell is hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

How to use

1. Two capsules a day, with 250 ml of water.
2. Not late in the day — each capsule carries 50 mg of caffeine.
