So what does chaste tree actually do?
We are not allowed to tell you, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. The EU Register of nutrition and health claims contains no authorised wording for chaste tree, so any sentence a seller writes about the cycle, mood or hormones is one the regulator has not approved.
