One scoop a day. 3 g of ashwagandha root powder. Around a hundred and sixty-six servings in a 500 g pouch.

- One ingredient on the label: ashwagandha root powder, nothing else — no filler, no flavouring, no standardisation, and the 3 g per scoop is printed as a single number.

On the label
What one scoop contains
The label prints one ingredient and one number per daily scoop, plus a full nutrition declaration per 100 g.
Ashwagandha root powder
3 g –Form: 100% ground root (Withania somnifera), not an extract
Also found in: not part of an ordinary diet — this is the ground root itself
No wording is authorised for ashwagandha in the EU Register, so nothing is claimed for it.
* NRV = nutrient reference value under Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 — none is established for ashwagandha, so the label prints no percentage and neither do we. No EU-authorised wording exists for ashwagandha in the EU Register, so this table states the amount only. Per 100 g the label also prints: energy 1,156 kJ / 280 kcal, fat 0.3 g (of which saturates 0.1 g), carbohydrate 47 g (of which sugars 10.5 g), fibre 36 g, protein 3.7 g, salt 0.2 g.
The course
What a hundred and sixty-six servings look like
One scoop a day, around a hundred and sixty-six in the pouch. Here is what you do and what you can count — arithmetic, not promises.
-
Day 1
One scoop, 250 ml of water
Stir it into a drink with some body to it — the plain root is bitter, and water shows that more than milk or a smoothie does. Write down the lot from the base of the pouch.
-
Days 2–83
Same scoop, same time
Around half the pouch gone. Each scoop carries 3 g of ashwagandha root powder — the printed amount, and the only number this page states.
-
Days 84–166
The second half of the pouch
The pouch empties around day a hundred and sixty-six. One ingredient, one line on the label, from the first scoop to the last.
A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children.
Who makes it, who tested it
A named issuer, lot and best-before on the base
Therapium Ltd (company number 16471805), 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, issues the product; the label states it is lab-tested in Germany. The batch number and best-before date are printed on the base of the pouch.

The questions people actually ask
Short answers with the numbers in them. If what you need is not here, ask us before you buy rather than after.
Answers refer to the batch named in them. The codes printed on the bottle you receive are the ones that count.
So what does ashwagandha actually do?
We are not allowed to tell you, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. The EU Register of nutrition and health claims contains no authorised wording for ashwagandha, so any sentence a seller writes about stress or sleep is one the regulator has not approved.
What we can print is the number: 3 g of ground ashwagandha root powder per scoop.
Why is the serving larger than the capsules?
Because this is the plain ground root, not an extract standardised to a percentage. The capsule version concentrates the same plant down to a smaller weight; this pouch is the root as it comes, so the daily amount is bigger.
Is it vegan?
Yes. The ingredient list is one line — ashwagandha root powder — with nothing else added.
Why does it taste bitter?
Because nothing is added to mask it. The root itself is bitter; a drink with some body to it, rather than plain water, hides that better.
How do I measure a scoop without getting it wrong?
Use the scoop that comes with the pouch, or a kitchen scale — 3 g is a small amount and easy to overshoot by eye. The label gives the weight, not a volume you can guess.
When should I take it?
One scoop a day, stirred into water, milk or a smoothie. The label sets no particular hour. Do not exceed one scoop a day.
What exactly is on the label, and can I see a report?
The full ingredient list is one line — ashwagandha root powder — and the label also prints a nutrition declaration per 100 g. We do not hold a laboratory report or batch analysis for this product on file, and we are not going to invent one.
How do I know the pouch I receive is the real thing?
Check the codes: EAN 4262487490583, SKU C2B-ASH-DOY-500, issued by Therapium Ltd, 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. If what is printed on your pouch does not match what is printed here, tell us and do not use it.
How should it be stored?
Closed, dry, cool and away from direct light. Out of the reach of children.
What if it is not for me?
Send it back within 60 days and we refund it — that is the return policy printed at the top of every page.
