1 mg of melatonin in a small capsule, taken about 30 minutes before bed. Three ingredients in total.

The whole product is melatonin, microcrystalline cellulose to fill the capsule, and the HPMC shell around it. No flavourings, no sweeteners, nothing to chew. The jar is the smallest in the range — 50 ml — and holds 75 capsules.

How to use

1. One capsule with water, around 30 minutes before going to bed.
2. One a day. Do not exceed it.
