The magnesium here is magnesium citrate, the zinc is zinc citrate and the vitamin B6 is pyridoxine hydrochloride. All three are named on the ingredient list, which sounds ordinary until you read a few competing labels and find that many of them say only magnesium. Which salt a product uses is a fact about what you are buying, so we print it rather than leave it out.

No added sugar, and the pink comes from a carrot
The gummy is sweetened with maltitol, erythritol and steviol glycosides rather than sugar, which is why the label can say no added sugar and why it also has to say that excessive consumption may produce laxative effects. That sentence is the legal wording for polyols, and two gummies a day sit well inside normal use. It is set with pectin from fruit rather than gelatine, the colour is juice concentrate from purple carrots, and the raspberry taste is a natural flavouring.

The same dose carries zinc 10 mg and vitamin B6 1.4 mg, each at 100% of its reference value.
Which magnesium is it?
Magnesium citrate. The zinc is zinc citrate and the vitamin B6 is pyridoxine hydrochloride. All three appear by name in the ingredient list on the label.
We print the salt because it is a fact about what you are buying. What we will not do is tell you one salt is better than another, because that is not a claim the EU Register allows anyone to make.
What are the three allowed to say?
In the authorised wordings: magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal muscle function and to the normal functioning of the nervous system; zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress; vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the regulation of hormonal activity.
All three are far above the 15% of the reference value that the law requires before anything may be claimed — magnesium at 53%, zinc and B6 at 100%.
When should I take them?
Two gummies a day, chewed, at whatever time suits you. Do not exceed that.

Is there sugar in it?
No added sugar. The sweetness comes from maltitol, erythritol and steviol glycosides. The first two are polyols, which is why the label also carries the sentence excessive consumption may produce laxative effects — that is the legal wording, and two gummies a day are well inside normal use.
The gummy is set with pectin, the colour is purple carrot juice concentrate, and the raspberry taste is a natural flavouring.
Is it really vegan?
Yes. The gummy is set with pectin instead of gelatine and the glazing is carnauba wax. The full list is in the Ingredients tab and on the label; nothing on it comes from an animal.
It also contains none of the allergens that must be declared under Annex II of Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011, and it is non-GMO.
How long does one jar last?
Sixty gummies at two a day is thirty days — one month.
