Hydrolysed collagen is collagen cut into shorter chains. How short is what the dalton figure tells you, and most labels leave it out. This one is cut to 3000–5000 Da and makes up nearly two thirds of the capsule by weight, with sodium hyaluronate, vitamin C, zinc, pomegranate extract, niacin, vitamin A, vitamin D and selenium alongside.

How to use

1. Two capsules a day, with water.
2. Any time of day, with or without food.

Collagen hydrolysate (bovine) (65.22%), coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, sodium hyaluronate (8.05%), L-ascorbic acid (2.03%), zinc bisglycinate (1.55%), pomegranate fruit dry extract (1.45%), anti-caking agent: L-leucine, nicotinamide (1.39%), rice starch, retinyl acetate (0.47%), cholecalciferol (0.17%), sodium selenite (0.01%).
