A 6.5 g scoop before training, carrying 190 mg of caffeine. The only flavour in the range with no added colours.

The apple version. Beta-alanine leads the formula at 1,600 mg a serving, then creatine monohydrate at 1,500 mg and L-arginine HCl at 1,000 mg, with L-tyrosine, vitamin C and four B vitamins alongside. Where the other three flavours carry Ponceau 4R and Carmoisine, this one carries none.

How to use

1. 6.5 g stirred into 200 ml of liquid, 30 to 60 minutes before training.
2. One serving a day. Do not exceed it.

Apple. Sweetened with acesulfame K and sucralose.

Good to know

• No added colours — the only flavour in the range without E124 and E122.
• Contains 190 mg of caffeine per serving — roughly two strong espressos. Not recommended late in the day.
• Not suitable for children, for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or for anyone with high blood pressure, a kidney or liver condition, who has had a heart attack, or who takes blood pressure medication. Do not take with alcohol or medication.
